At VOW Nutrition, we are committed to your satisfaction and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your receipt until the return is fully processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
